During
your initial consultation, a clinical evaluation is performed and the cost of
any suggested procedure or treatment is provided. Our fees reflect the
complexity and time requirements of each procedure. These fees usually
include pre-operative and post-operative care. Cosmetic surgery
is normally not covered by medical insurance. However, procedures may be covered
by insurance when surgery is intended to repair the
effects of an injury, to improve function or to relieve
medical symptoms. Our office will assist you in determining the coverage you
may be entitled to receive. We are always
