Nena Clark-Christoff, R.N., CANS
Aesthetic Nurse Injector

A 1985 Summa Cum Laude graduate of the UNC-Greensboro nursing program, Nena joined Dr. Cynthia M. Gregg’s staff in 2007. Nena has worked as an aesthetic nurse, in the field of plastic surgery, for 15 years specializing in injectable treatments, skin care and laser procedures. She is certified in most laser and injectable treatments. She has also been a trainer and speaker for Allergan (manufacturer of Botox® and Juvederm®) as well as having served on the Galderma (manufacturer of Sculptra® and Restylane®) Advisory Board.

Dr. Cynthia M. Gregg is very proud of Nena for achieving her Aesthetic Nurse Specialist Certification (CANS) from the Plastic Surgical Nursing Certification Board. This certification is valid for three years and then can be renewed. The certification is awarded after the nurse passes a rigorous examination and meets other experience and education related requirements. Only 8 nurses in the State of North Carolina hold this specialized license. In obtaining her certification as an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, Nena has shown her desire to excel in her profession and to pursue the highest certification, which results in exceptional patient care.

Nena brings a caring approach to her patients and enjoys involving them in their treatment plans so that they are making educated decisions. She strives to have every patient look and feel better after their service, confident that they have made the right choice. She is always willing to answer any questions and to spend as much time as necessary in consultation with new patients to assure that all concerns are addressed.

Andrea Crane, R.N., CANS
Aesthetic Nurse Injector

A 1980 graduate of the nursing program at Dutchess Community College, in Albany, NY, Andrea rejoined Dr. Cynthia M. Gregg’s staff in 2015, after having worked with the practice in 2002. Andrea has worked in the field of facial enhancements for 23 years and has advanced training in injectable treatments, skin care and Ultherapy. Andrea previously owned DermatechMD, as well as having worked in other plastic surgery practices.

Dr. Cynthia M. Gregg is very proud of Andrea for achieving her Aesthetic Nurse Specialist Certification (CANS) from the Plastic Surgical Nursing Certification Board. Andrea’s desire to pursue this certification shows her dedication to her profession and her quest for continued learning to provide her patients with the optimal level of care.

Andrea has an artistic touch and an exacting technique that result in her providing the most natural looking, aesthetically pleasing treatments to her patients. She especially enjoys building patient relationships and has a very loyal following. Her patients appreciate her level of experience and expertise when they have consultations with her as she is able to work with them to find the very best treatment option to meet their goals.

Susan Hardy
Office Manager

A 1989 graduate of the College of St. Rose, in Albany, NY, with a BA in English and Secondary Education, Sue joined Dr. Cynthia M. Gregg’s staff in 2003. She has taken courses in office management and training on software systems. Sue worked on the front desk and as office manager in the field of Gyn-Oncology for 20 years before joining our practice. After her tenure in Oncology, she was ready for “a happier side of healthcare”.

Sue has been instrumental in developing many of the practice policies and her exceptional organizational skills allow the rest of the staff to accomplish their jobs efficiently. Her desire is to provide a smooth transition for patients from appointment scheduling through their treatment process. Her warm personality and wealth of knowledge make her a wonderful resource for our patients.

Beth Harris, CMPE 
Practice Administrator

A 1983 graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill, with a degree in Health Policy and Administration, Beth joined the staff of Cynthia M. Gregg and Associates in 2017.

Beth is a Certified Medical Practice Executive through the National Medical Group Manager’s Association.  She has been active with the North Carolina Medical Group Managers, serving on several committees, which included two years as Chair of the BCBSNC committee.  Beth has experience in management roles with both large and small physician groups.  In her role as Practice Administrator in Cynthia M. Gregg and Associates, she brings exceptional experience and a very compassionate demeanor that will enhance the experience of both the employees and patients.

Denise Hightower, R.N.
Clinical Manager and Patient Care Coordinator

A 1992 graduate of the nursing program at Georgian College, in Ontario, Denise joined Dr. Cynthia M. Gregg’s staff in 2013. Prior to coming to our practice, Denise spent 5 years as an OR nurse and 6 years in primary care medicine as a nurse and clinic manager. In her position with Dr. Cynthia M. Gregg, Denise manages the clinical side of the practice, works with Dr. Cynthia M. Gregg during surgeries and is our patient care coordinator.

Using her diverse clinical experience and knowledge, Denise is able to provide dedicated, individualized care for all surgical and non-surgical patients. With her calm and compassionate demeanor, she works closely with our patients to ensure that they have a clear understanding of their options and aids them in their decision making process.

Sharon Morf, CST
Certified Surgical Technologist

A 2006 graduate of Wake Technical College with an AA degree in Applied Sciences and 1986 graduate of Lenior Community College with a degree in Surgical Technology, Sharon joined Cynthia M. Gregg’s staff in 2016.

Sharon holds National Certification in Surgical Technology and is the primary assistant to Dr. Cynthia M. Gregg in the on-site, fully accredited, operating suite. She brings 32 years’ of experience in surgery and is a tremendous asset to the surgical team. Sharon is extremely well trained and has a very caring, warm demeanor that is appreciated by both our patients and her co-workers. Her goal is to make sure each patient feels at ease, comforted and has an extremely positive experience.

Ashley Peer
Administrative Consultant

A 2017 graduate of Old Dominion University with a BS degree in Health Sciences, with a concentration in Health Services Administration, Ashley joined the staff of Cynthia M. Gregg & Associates in 2018.

Along with her education, Ashley brings experience as a Patient Coordinator in the dental field, volunteer experience with a Breast Diagnostic Center and an internship with Operation Smile. Our staff and patients appreciate Ashley’s friendly, professional demeanor, her attention to detail and her desire to make every interaction with our practice as seamless and satisfying as possible. Her goal is to always provide exemplary customer services to every person who enters our office.

Jennifer Quigley
Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Makeup Artist

A 2000 graduate of the Rizzieri Institute, an Aveda Salon Concept School, in Marlton, NJ, Jennifer joined Dr. Cynthia M. Gregg’s staff in 2012. Jennifer trained under Master Hungarian Estheticians at Mario Badescu, in NY, and has specialized training from medical skin care companies such as Obagi, SkinMedica, IS Clinical, BioMedic/LaRoche Posay and Skinceuticals. She also has formal training and certification in Dermaplaning, Laser Hair Removal, IPL/Photofacial, Microneedling, Chemical Peels and Microdermabrasion. Jennifer is also a professional makeup artist.

Jennifer draws on her vast experience and training to tailor skin care treatment plans that meet each individual patient’s needs. She works with her patients to make customized skin care routines for them to follow at home so that they can maintain the results they enjoy from her treatments. Jennifer is always available to help her patients choose the proper skin care products or help them with makeup choices for each season.
